Template Submission and Ownership:
Originality: You must own the copyright to the templates you submit. They should be original creations and not infringe on any third-party rights.

Non-Exclusive License: By submitting a template, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and sell it on our platform. You retain ownership of your templates and are free to sell them elsewhere.
Pricing and Commissions:
Pricing: You set the price for your templates. We may suggest price ranges based on market trends, but the final decision is yours.
Commissions: We charge a 20% commission on each sale. You receive 80% of the sales revenue.
Payments and Payouts:
Payment Processing: We handle payment processing through our secure platform.
Payouts: You'll receive your earnings on a [Monthly/Bi-Monthly/etc.] basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold.
Marketing and Promotion:
Promotion:
We'll promote your templates through our website, marketing channels, and social media.
Branding:
You're encouraged to promote your own templates and link to your listings on our platform.
Termination:
Termination Rights: Either party can terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' notice.
Template Removal: We reserve the right to remove your templates from the platform if they violate our terms or receive negative feedback.
Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of your templates.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to your templates.
Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
Support and Updates:
We will provide support to creators or customers regarding template issues.
Refunds:
We will hold the money until 30 days to make sure no requests for refunds are made on your Template after which we will release the money to you.
