Our Template Licensing Agreement

This page outlines the terms of use for all templates purchased from our store. Our goal is to provide you with a flexible and powerful tool while protecting our intellectual property.

Permitted Usage

When you purchase a template, you are granted the following rights:

• Unlimited Project Use: You are free to use the template to create an unlimited number of websites for both your personal use and for your clients' commercial projects.

• Full Customization: You have complete freedom to modify the template to suit your needs. This includes changing colors, fonts, layouts, and all other design elements to align with your brand or your client's identity.

• Creation of Derivative Works: You may incorporate the template into a larger project or combine it with other works to create a unique end product for a client or for yourself.

Prohibited Usage

The following actions are strictly forbidden under this license:

• No Resale or Redistribution: You may not sell, lease, share, or otherwise redistribute the template or any of its assets (such as widget code or graphics) in their original or modified form on any platform.

• Single-User License: Each license purchased is valid for one user only. The license is non-transferable and cannot be shared with other designers, teams, or individuals.

• Confidentiality of Code: Any custom code provided with the template for widgets or special features must not be shared publicly.

• No Rebranding for Resale: You cannot modify the template and then sell it as a new, original template under your own brand.

Additional Conditions

• Unauthorized Sales: The resale of our Google Sites Templates is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to investigate any unauthorized sales using publicly available information. If you are interested in becoming an authorized reseller, you must contact us to join our official partner program.

• Consequences for Violations: Anyone found selling unauthorized copies of our templates will be required to notify their buyers that the license is void and issue full refunds. Unauthorized use may lead to the shutdown of the associated website or further legal action.

• Financial Liability: Unauthorized sellers are liable for the full retail price of each unlicensed copy sold and will be invoiced accordingly, with payment due upon demand.

• Right to Revoke License: We reserve the right to revoke any license at our sole discretion, without a refund, if the user is found to be in violation of these terms.
